  On a seperate issue, the agent made misleading statements when we first inspected the property, and has not fixed things still wrong with the house. It has cost me a lot of money because of this.

  If you wish to sell or purchase a home I highly recommend Wilson Real Estate. Neil Wilson is a man of integrity - he acts honestly for sellers, and for buyers. His manner puts you at ease, and he offers the old fashioned courtesies that are too often lacking in business transactions these days. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Neil and his team, in making a major purchase, and for any future business, Wilson Real Estate is the only place I will consider. Thank you Neil.

  After dealing with all the usual well known agents and getting the same spiel, "We will promise blablabla as long as you pay us anywhere from $1000 to $2500 up front marketing fee". It was extremely refreshing to deal with an agent that gave honest and realistic information. Wilson not only promised a guaranteed price but spent time and effort getting it absolutely RIGHT the first time! NO up front fees or charges even though he was giving us the exact same marketing services, in fact in some cases more professional. We couldn't believe it but we found what Neil promised was exactly what we received, great photos, marketing and hitting the market exactly in the right range... We sold for more than we expected with only ONE showing, we couldn't be more pleased with our results and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team at Wilson to all our family and friends. Thank you!

  In my opinion, Steph, the manager, was very arrogant and rude over the phone. When I took her to task on her rudeness she further displayed her arrogance and said that she was the owner there, in a matter-of-fact tone. She also did not take my feedback well (a common trait for narcissists).

  I would imagine she had some capital behind her before setting up shop, because I doubt she got where she is today by being polite. I expect the business to go downhill. You don't speak to clients like that.
